Ingredients:
Peppermint: Peppermint.
Lemon & Ginger: Ginger root (37%), natural lemon flavourings (25%), lemongrass, blackberry leaves, lemon peel, sweet fennel, natural ginger flavouring (3.5%).
Blackcurrant & Blueberry: Hibiscus, rosehips, blackberry leaves, natural blackcurrant & blueberry flavourings (7%), liquorice root.
Camomile: Camomile.
Brewing Directions:
- Boil fresh water.
- Pour over one tea bag in a cup.
- Steep for 3–5 minutes (longer for stronger taste).
- Remove bag and enjoy hot – or cool and serve over ice.
